My name is Dr. Bernhard Tritsch, known as “Benny” to my peers. I write and update everything here. Since 1999, I have been in management positions at international IT vendors and consulting companies before starting my own consultancy practice in 2015.
The EUC Score toolset introduces user-centric quality criteria, scientific benchmarking methodologies and telemetry data analytics and visualization to the digital workplace market.
Biography
I am a technology evangelist, system architect and market analyst with focus on virtualization solutions based on Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware (now Omnissa) Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Parallels Remote Application Server.
I have many years of experience in IT research, Windows system tools development, digital employee experience benchmarking and large-scale end-user computing designs. In September 2015, I started Dr. Tritsch IT Consulting. With my EUC Score toolset, I introduced user-centric quality criteria and scientific benchmarking methods to the digital workplace market.
I hold an equivalent to a PhD in Computer Science (Dr.-Ing.) from Darmstadt Technical University in Germany, an equivalent to a Master of Science in Physics (Dipl.-Phys.) from Freiburg University in Germany and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Freiburg University in Germany.
Research institutes I've had the honor and the pleasure to work at: Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems in Freiburg (Germany), Royal Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (RONAST) in Kathmandu (Nepal), European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva (Switzerland) and Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics in Darmstadt (Germany).
